NDT Optical Non Destructive Testing Sorting Machine for Fasteners

1. Equipment can perform nondestructive on-line automatic separation of steel mixing of metal magnetic steel sucker rod and heat treated and unheated of same material.  
2. System adopts the model of single frequency for detecting. 
3. The switching signal of qualified or unqualified product after system detecting is sent to separation mechanism of separator or marking institutions to perform separating action or marking action. 
4. Respective counting of qualified sucker rod and unqualified sucker rod. 
5. Main control instrument of separating system has dot chart or list to dynamically display the material of sucker rod to be detected and heat treatment condition. Values or cursor amplitude changes reflect the changes of the material of sucker rod to be detected and heat treatment condition, intuition is strong.

Product Description

Introduction:




1. Equipment can perform nondestructive on-line automatic separation of steel mixing of metal magnetic steel sucker rod and heat treated and unheated of same material.   

2. NDT Optical Non Destructive Testing Sorting Machine for Fasteners adopts the model of single frequency for detecting. 

3. The switching signal of qualified or unqualified product after system detecting is sent to separation mechanism of separator or marking institutions to perform separating action or marking action. 

4. Respective counting of qualified sucker rod and unqualified sucker rod. 

5. Main control instrument of separating system has dot chart or list to dynamically display the material of sucker rod to be detected and heat treatment condition. Values or cursor amplitude changes reflect the changes of the material of sucker rod to be detected and heat treatment condition, intuition is strong. 

6. The main control instrument of separator has upper and lower limits setting function of product range, convenient for the operator to use, when the material of sucker rod to be measured or heat treatment state exceed the upper limit or below the lower limit of setting range, instrument will send out corresponding alarm. 

7. The material of sucker rod to be measured or state result will be displayed on screen of detection system by setting.

8. The main control instrument of separation system has the functions as data query, data set, historical data statistics, etc. which can store mass related testing results and related data for query. 

9. Main control instrument of separation system can store more than 30 kinds of different specifications of sucker rod material and the heat treatment state of the upper and lower limits range, convenient for user direct calling. 

10. When the detecting result is sucker rod unqualified, system will send out sound and light alarm. 

11. System controls and coordinates the operation of all separation mechanism, mechanical transmission and detection through PLC control.

12. Use single frequency for normal inspection, sucker rod is not contact with probe.


Features:


1. Probe is not contact with the workpiece, so the durability of probe is increased.

1. Separation speed: <20s/p, not include feeding, blanking time. 

2. Separation accuracy: It can accurately distinguish steel mixing of 20CrMo and 35CrMo under the same heat treatment state, and accurately distinguish two kinds of state of 20CrMo and 35CrMo material before and after heat treatment, ensure no nonconforming material mixed in conforming material after separating. Except the overlapping of composition. 

3. Quality requirements to sucker rod to be measured:

  (1)Description of materials to be tested:20CrMo and 35CrMo 

  (2)Overall dimension of sucker rod: 

       a. External diameter of sucker rod:φ16 φ19 φ22 φ25(mm) 

       b. External diameter accuracy of sucker rod:±1.0%

       c. Length of sucker rod:5.50~15.0m

       d. Curvature of sucker rod:≤3mm/m,total curvature:≤20mm

       e. Rod ovality:≤2%

       f. Rod temperature:≤40℃ 

       g. No serious defects on the surface of sucker rod.

  (3)Hardness error range of sucker rod conform to national standards, the composition of the same material must comply with the relevant national standards. 

  (4)When separating different materials, the heat treatment state of material to be separated, and specification and dimension should be consistent. 

  (5)When separating same material of different heat treatment states (with and without heat treatment), the dimension and specification of sucker rod should be consistent, material composition conform to national standards.
